The Royal Building

The Royle Building is one of the area’s best known developments. This impressive five storey, redbrick building was converted from a print works in 1997. It boasts an entrance hall with the original terrazzo flooring, large terrazzo stairs and a passenger lift to all floors. It is also benefits from a porter, secure underground parking, spectacular views of the Grand Union Canal and has tree covered seating for the private use of residents.

The development is ideally located between Islington, Clerkenwell, Hoxton and Shoreditch. There is an extensive range of vibrant bars, restaurants, galleries and boutique shops close by and walking distance to the City.
